Getting Started
How do I open an account with Gainlit Markets?
Opening an account is quick and simple. Click the "Open account" button, enter your personal details, choose your account type, and upload the required verification documents. Once approved, you'll receive your login credentials and can start trading straight away.
Do I need trading experience to start?
No. Gainlit is built for both new and experienced traders. Beginners can start on the Basic account with a low entry point, while professionals can move to Pro or VIP for tighter pricing.
What documents are required for verification?
A valid government-issued photo ID (passport, driving licence or national ID) and a recent proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement, dated within the last 3 months.
How long does account verification take?
Most accounts are verified within a few hours, provided all documents are submitted clearly and correctly.

What account types do you offer?
Four tiers: Basic ($50 minimum), Standard ($300), Pro ($1,000), and Gainlit VIP ($5,000 with zero spread and zero commission). Every account runs on the same fast execution.
Do you offer swap-free / Islamic accounts?
No. We do not currently offer swap-free or Islamic accounts.
Can I open more than one account?
Yes. You can hold multiple trading accounts under a single profile and switch between them at any time.
What leverage do you offer?
Leverage is fixed at 1:100 across all account types.
Deposits & Withdrawals
Is there a minimum deposit?
Yes, and it depends on your account type — starting at $50 for Basic and up to $5,000 for Gainlit VIP.
Is there a trading-volume requirement for withdrawals?
Yes. A minimum traded volume applies based on your deposit (for example, 0.25 lot for $100 and 1.00 lot for $1,000), calculated on closed trades. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions.
How do I withdraw my funds?
Submit a withdrawal request from your account portal once any applicable trading-volume requirement is met. For security and compliance, we do not accept or pay out in cash.
Trading
What markets can I trade?
Forex, metals, indices, commodities and crypto CFDs — all from a single account.
Is scalping allowed?
Scalping is permitted up to 30% of account activity. HFT, latency, toxic-flow and arbitrage strategies are not permitted.
What is the stop-out level?
The default stop-out level is 50% to help protect your capital. You can adjust it to suit your own strategy.
Do you allow hedging and news trading?
Yes. Both hedging and news trading are allowed on all account types.
Platform
What platform does Gainlit use?
Gainlit runs on its own fast web platform and mobile app — there's no third-party terminal to install.
Can I trade on mobile?
Yes. The Gainlit mobile app lets you trade, manage positions and fund your account on the go.
